-Shenzhen Star Packaging Product Co., Ltd. achieved ISO9000 quality management and ISO14000 environmental management certifications in April of 2002.
Shenzhen Star Packaging Product Co., Ltd. introduced production lines for delivery express packing bag and thermal insulation material in June of 2002.
-We got anti-static packing bags’ patent certification in 2003 and Suzhou Nabvan Import and Export Co., Ltd. was established in the same year.
-In order to expand market, 2nd factory of Group—Suzhou Star Packaging Product Co., Ltd. which specializing in development and production of anti-static packaging, delivery express packing bag and thermal insulation material was established in Suzhou in October of 2005.
-Due to the increasing business volume, Shenzhen Star moved factory from covering area 7000 sqm to 18000 sqm in March of 2007.
The successful application of Star trademark logo was the first step of our products achieving self-owned brand.
-Suzhou Star Packaging Product Co., Ltd. achieved ISO quality management and environmental management certifications in November.
-August insulation materials were invented patent certificate.
-3rd factory of Group --- Suzhou Sida'er New Material Co., Ltd. was established in May of 2009 which specializing in EPE products and PE coating processing.
In order to expand market, Suzhou Star moved factory to our self-owned industrial park from covering area 12000 sqm to 25000 sqm in August.
-Shenzhen Star introduced solvent-free lamination machine from Italy in March of 2010.
-Suzhou Sida'er introduced 2.5M wide high-speed coating machine in June.
We got thermal insulation material patent certification and this material passed Australian AWTA testing and German TUV testing.
-4 th factory of Group --- Tianjin Star Packaging Product Co., Ltd. was established in May of 2011. So far we have finished spatial area planning from Pearl River, Yangtze River and Bohai Gulf Business Areas throughout China to ensure the goods of our customer ordered locally and delivered quickly in different place.
-Due to company development needs, we changed all company names under our Group from “Star Packaging” to “Star New Material” in June of 2013.
-Suzhou Star introduced high-speed solvent-free lamination machine from Italy and eight colors printing machine in July.
-We got car heat-shield cover international patent in October.
So far, our Group had continuously established stable cooperation with over 30 customers from global top 500 companies and achieved the goal of over 98% annual auditing pass rate, 99% delivery rate and more than 90 points customer satisfaction degree.
-Suzhou Star introduced food packing production line and passed QS certification.
For delivery express packing bag, we established business relationship with famous garment brand such as GAP, MIUMIU and etc. in 2016. The turnover increased 200% than last year.
Thermal insulation material was widely applied to electricity and coal-fired thermal power plants, which combine the technology of long distance heat-supply network and traditional normal insulation material. It’s a major technological breakthrough and reform in domestic energy-saving insulation field.
